Travel blogger, 46, admits she’s mistaken for a 20-year-old thanks to her incredibly youthful bikini snaps

YOU’D be mistaken for thinking Aussie woman Danielle Greentree was a blogger in her 20s.

But the glamorous blonde is actually 46 and says she has a better body now than she did two decades ago thanks to travelling and “good genes”.

Danielle Greentree, 46, is a travel blogger and proves you don’t need to be in your twenties to be an Instagram sensation

Youthful Danielle, from Kirribilli in Sydney has only been a full-time travel blogger for three years and proves you don’t have to be in your 20s to be an Instagram sensation.

She began documenting her travels online when she went to the Maldives with her husband.

Her stunning photos attracted a strong following on Travel A Little Luxe, which has since grown to 90,000 people, and many fans can’t believe her age.

While she regularly posts stunning shots of turquoise waters and beautiful hotels, followers are equally impressed by her fit physique and age-defying looks.

While most influencers are in their 20s, 46-year-old Danielle is forging her way in the scene with her more experienced approach to travel content
She has travelled around more than 70 countries and some of her favourites include The Maldives, Peru, Bora Bora and Italy

Danielle told News.com.au: “Given most of my content is me in summer destinations and dipping my toes in turquoise waters, I cannot really avoid being in a bikini.

“This naturally draws more attention to my physical appearance. People have just assumed I am younger until I start referencing travel from many years ago or telling a travel story from the 90s.”

While many fans are in awe of her shots from sunny and exotic locations, others have commented on her much-younger appearance.

“You have such a killer bikini body… I can’t believe you’re in your 40s,” one person wrote recently.

“You look amazing! Those abs!” another agreed.

“Your body is amazing,” another said.

Someone else wrote: “What is your secret for your diet and exercise?”

She also says she gets a helping hand from Instagram’s filters and takes fitness and health eating very seriously

Danielle thinks her age and experience adds “a little more credibility” to her blogs — but she admits she “rarely thinks” about her age.

She’s visited more than 70 countries in total and adopted a healthy lifestyle spent largely outdoors and loves to share her fitness tips with her fans.

The jaw-dropping traveller said: “I have inherited my parent’s youthful genes but I also attribute how I have aged by my healthy lifestyle choices.

She believes her age has only helped her in terms of being a successful influencer

“I don’t eat a lot of processed foods. I love fruit, vegetables and fish.”

Her exercise routine revolves around resistance and strength using her own body weight, not machines.

She explained that she does “swimming, running, yoga and pilates,” and added she always reads food and beauty product labels too.
